We offer refunds and exchanges for items that do not meet the expected quality standards upon receipt. – To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service within 24 hrs of receiving your order. – Provide a clear description and, if possible, attach photos of the item(s) in question.

2. Non-Returnable Items: –

We do not accept returns for frozen Fish and Meat due to their perishable nature. – Please carefully review your order before confirming, especially when selecting frozen products.
